Mechanical Amerex Cobra Overlapping Fire Suppression system will allow you to
move the equipment and change the equipment as needed without needing to replumb
the hood system. This system comes with a Make-Up Air System and a Ktype
fire extinguisher for your oil-based equipment. Exhaust Fan Grease Cup
Included. The hood gap above the hood to the ceiling will be covered with stainless

Generator Platform
A platform built on the front of the trailer on the tongue. 12″ lifted off of the frame,
approximately 42″ Wide by 25″ Deep with an aluminum diamond tread plate top.
An electrical panel with a transfer switch, J-Box, and a propane connection on the
front is included if holder cages are built. Battery bracket included, battery not
provided. The generator is not included, but to be provided and installed by the
customer.

California Insignia Certification
CA Insignia Certification. This covers the mandatory HUD inspection and plan
review for the state of CA. Upon completion, your trailer will have an insignia label
on the trailer. (Fire suppression is required if a type 1 hood is installed).

The Main Entrance Door is provided with a self-closing mechanism.
